Yoga Improv | iRocYoga - Rochester
Thanks to everyone who came out on April 1 to be a part of Yoga Improv!
Donations from the event supported the Mary Cariola Children's Center and Bush Mango Drum & Dance.
Bush Mango Drum & Dance is one of two Rochester nonprofits benefiting from your participation at iRocYoga's Yoga Improv. At "Bush Mango" kids from 3 to 18 take part in drum and dance programs, developing skills for success: motivation, social entrepreneurship, self-confidence, and high comfort levels among people of diverse ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds. In a city with a 46% graduation rate (source: ACT Rochester), these programs give students the tools to move on to the next grade level, graduate from high school, and go on to higher education at a rate of over 80%. 
Mary Cariola Children's Center is a special place in Rochester, providing individualized care to more than 500 kids with multiple, complex disabilities, each day. Many of these children are not able to attend public and private schools because of the accommodations required to meet their special needs. The Center provides family-centered educational, residential, therapeutic and community support services.
